CONGRESS TRUMP IMPEACHMENT RESOLUTION. In the blog post linked above, William Stickevers provides the horoscope for the Congressional impeachment resolution this past Halloween. As this is the chart for the initiation of an intended "removal" (the removal of President Trump), it is appropriate to look for a prominent Ceres. On this chart, Ceres at 24 Sagittarius 16 was tightly conjunct both the Moon and Ascendant. We have ample evidence to link Ceres to removals and disappearances.
